The entire process was seamless from start to finish. I found them on a simple google search. The phone calls were very helpful and they had a tech out same or next day for measurements and estimates. I was on the fence for a while and they did not harass me to make a decision. Told me to just reach out when I was ready to move forward. So I did... It took a couple weeks for special ordered windows to come in, and they called right away to get me on the schedule once received. Upon installation, the crew was very knowledgeable, informative and courteous throughout the 2 day process. They also did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves along the way. Its an older home but My new windows look great and was a great addition to our home. I'd highly recommend Mr. Premium Windows!
